It is also wise to provide young specialists and mature experts with all necessary tools, equipment, science resources, and financial support, thus they would be interested and motivated. Because everything that true-natured expert wants is to breathe life in to its own invention and improvement, use them for good. It is quite reasonable to help him.

Since appearance is a complex process of cognitive capacities development it was never stable. It undergone many changes since human dawn, but we can stick to those facts which were left in any form of record. We still cannot date back for sure exact knowledge and techniques used in Ancient World or maybe simply do not know where to look them for.
